Thursday, October 23, 2025, the 4th working day of the 10th Session of the 15th National Assembly took place at the National Assembly House, Hanoi.

MORNING

- From 08:00 to 08:50:

The National Assembly held a plenary session in the hall, under the direction of Vice Chairman of the National Assembly Vu Hong Thanh, to listen to the following contents:

(1) Chief Justice of the Supreme People's Court Le Minh Tri presented the Draft Law on Bankruptcy (amended).

(2) Governor of the State Bank of Vietnam Nguyen Thi Hong, authorized by the Prime Minister, presented the Draft Law on Deposit Insurance (amended).

(3) Chairman of the National Assembly's Economic and Financial Committee Phan Van Mai presented the Examination Report on 02 projects: Bankruptcy Law (amended); Deposit Insurance Law (amended).

(4) Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism Nguyen Van Hung, authorized by the Prime Minister, presented the Draft Law on Press.

(5) Minister of Health Dao Hong Lan, authorized by the Prime Minister, presented the Report on 02 projects: Population Law; Disease Prevention Law.

(6) Chairman of the National Assembly's Committee on Culture and Society Nguyen Dac Vinh presented the Verification Report on 03 projects: Press Law (amended); Population Law; Disease Prevention Law.

The National Assembly discussed in groups the following contents:

(1) Draft Law on Bankruptcy (amended);

(2) Draft Law on Deposit Insurance (amended).

AFTERNOON

The National Assembly continued to discuss in groups the following contents:

(1) Draft Law on Press (amended).

(2) Population Law Project.

(3) Draft Law on Disease Prevention.

FRIDAY, OCTOBER 24, 2025:

Morning : The National Assembly held a plenary session at the Hall, carrying out the following contents: (1) listening to the Report on explanation, acceptance and revision of the draft Law on Supervisory Activities of the National Assembly and People's Councils (amended); (2) Discussing in the hall a number of contents with different opinions of the draft Law on Supervisory Activities of the National Assembly and People's Councils (amended).

Afternoon: The National Assembly held a separate meeting on personnel work./.
