Today, the National Assembly discussed deposit insurance, bankruptcy and disease prevention.

According to the program of the 10th Session of the 15th National Assembly , today (October 23), the National Assembly will spend the whole day discussing 5 important draft laws related to deposit insurance, bankruptcy, disease prevention, press and population.

Opening the morning session - the fourth meeting day, National Assembly deputies will hear the Chief Justice of the Supreme People's Court present the Proposal on the Bankruptcy Law (amended); the Governor of the State Bank of Vietnam , authorized by the Prime Minister, presents the Proposal on the Deposit Insurance Law (amended).

After presenting the above reports, the Chairman of the National Assembly's Economic and Financial Committee will present the Examination Report on two draft laws, including: Bankruptcy Law (amended); Deposit Insurance Law (amended).

In the next 30 minutes, the Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism, authorized by the Prime Minister, presented the Report on the draft Law on Press (amended); the Minister of Health, authorized by the Prime Minister, presented the Report on the two draft Law on Population and Law on Disease Prevention.

Next, the Chairman of the National Assembly's Committee on Culture and Society presented the Report on the examination of three drafts of the Press Law (amended), the Population Law and the Disease Prevention Law.

After the meeting in the hall, National Assembly deputies will participate in group discussions on the draft Bankruptcy Law (amended) and the draft Deposit Insurance Law (amended).

In the afternoon session, National Assembly deputies will continue to discuss in groups the remaining three draft laws, including: the Draft Press Law (amended), the Draft Population Law, and the Draft Disease Prevention Law./.
