(Dan Tri) - Just on the day of launching the closed subdivision, the Vinhomes Wonder City project (Vinhomes Dan Phuong) recorded 1,200 billion VND in sales, according to updated information from the units.
Sharing at a recent event, Mr. Le Bao Long, Director of Strategy and Marketing of Batdongsan.com.vn, commented that the Hanoi real estate market this year will maintain the positive trend of 2024.
Mr. Long assessed that the recent cash flow trend has shifted to the Western region when many new projects are continuously launched. This area has received attention due to 4 factors including benefiting from the trend of population dispersion; the shift of the new administrative economic center; infrastructure connecting to many regions and the story of green lifestyle.
A few years ago, when mentioning the western area of Hanoi such as Dan Phuong district (Hanoi), many people thought of a semi-rural area with not really outstanding infrastructure. In the imagination of many people, this district is located very far from the center.
However, according to Ms. Nguyen Thi Thu Huyen, Chairwoman of the Board of Directors of Newstarland Real Estate Development Company Limited, this area has arterial roads, it only takes 15 minutes to get to the center of Hanoi after the Tay Thang Long Avenue is opened to traffic. Not only having arterial roads, this area is also marked by the appearance of two major bridge projects, Thuong Cat and Hong Ha, crossing the Red River.

In addition to the infrastructure that is being urgently completed, according to the planning map, in Dan Phuong district, there will also be a multi-functional park built in Tan Hoi commune. This park is located on Tay Thang Long and Ring Road 4, with an area of about 83 hectares, 4 times larger than Hoa Binh Park (20 hectares).
In addition, two parks with a scale of hundreds of hectares are also being planned, contributing to perfecting the urban appearance. Combined with the route to become a district of Dan Phuong district, this area has become the destination of many projects and investors.
This area has gathered large-scale urban areas such as Vinhomes Wonder City (Vinhomes Dan Phuong) of Vingroup Corporation, 3 major projects of Sunshine Group Corporation: Noble Palace Tay Thang Long, Noble Palace Garden, Noble Palace Riverside.
Ms. Nguyen Thi Yen - Sales Director of Region 7, Vinhomes Joint Stock Company - said that in the Western region, only Vinhomes Wonder City project is a low-rise project, the rest are high-rise projects.
Although this area has the highest population density, accounting for 38% of the population of Hanoi, the amount of real estate launched on the market in the past 5 years is very small, especially low-rise real estate. Vinhomes Wonder City may be the last urban area of Vinhomes in the West of Hanoi.
Mr. Hoang Dinh Khiem - Chairman of the Board of Directors of Vietstarland Real Estate Trading and Development Joint Stock Company - predicted that by the end of April, the large amount of remittances flowing into Vietnam will choose projects in the Western region such as Vinhomes Wonder City as their destination. Just on the day of launching the VIP Binh Minh subdivision (closed subdivision) on March 23, Vingroup's project in Dan Phuong district recorded sales of 1,200 billion VND.
