(Dan Tri) - Vingroup 's Green City project in Dan Phuong district (Hanoi) has an area of about 126 hectares, total capital of 22,666 billion VND, expected to complete construction in June 2030, officially operating from January 2031.
Vingroup Corporation - JSC has just released an environmental impact assessment report of the urban functional area project in Tan Hoi, Lien Trung, Tan Lap and Lien Ha communes - Green City (Dan Phuong district, Hanoi ).
According to the report, in June 2017, the Hanoi People's Committee approved the investment policy of this group and approved the investor of the Urban Functional Area in Tan Hoi Commune, Lien Trung Commune, Tan Lap Commune, Lien Ha Commune, Dan Phuong District - Green City.
The project has a total area of 125.7 hectares. Regarding the scope and boundaries of the project, the Northeast borders a 40m wide planned road; the Southwest borders a 24m wide inter-commune road; the Southeast borders a 50m wide planned road; the Northwest borders a 40m wide planned road.
The current status of the project is more than 77 hectares of rice land; 10.3 hectares of tree land; 13.5 hectares of vacant land; 13.5 hectares of water surface land; the rest is crop land, asphalt roads, cemeteries... In general, the project area is mainly agricultural land, vacant land and in addition there is industrial land for craft villages, service mechanism land, rural residential land.

The housing category in this project will include a low-rise residential area with 124 4-storey apartments, construction density of 67-75%; high-rise buildings and mixed-use buildings on plots HH2e, HH4, HH5 and HH6.
In which, HH2e land lot includes 6 buildings 35 floors high, construction density 40%, with 3 basements and 7-storey podium, developing 140 officetels, 224 apartments and 560 hotel rooms.
Plot HH4 will consist of 6 towers 28-35 stories high, with 3 basements and a 7-story podium, with a construction density of 40%. There will be 420 residential apartments, 308 officetels and 448 hotel rooms.
Plots HH5 and HH6 are shophouses with 7-storey buildings, construction density 50%, including 5 floors for commercial services and 2 floors for housing.
The total investment of this project is 22,666 billion VND. The construction progress is expected from July 2024 to June 2030, trial operation from July 2030 to December 2030; from January 2031 the project will be officially put into operation.
