Circular regulating safety techniques in mineral exploitation

Pursuant to the provisions at Point a, Clause 1, Article 22 of Circular No. 21/2025/TT-BCT dated April 26, 2025 of the Minister of Industry and Trade regulating the development, promulgation and implementation of legal documents of the Ministry of Industry and Trade, the Ministry of Industry and Trade (Department of Industrial Safety Techniques and Environment) publishes the Circular of the Minister of Industry and Trade regulating safety techniques in mineral exploitation (Circular No. 43/2025/TT-BCT dated July 4, 2025).

Pursuant to Decree No. 193/2025/ND-CP dated July 2, 2025 of the Government detailing a number of articles and measures to implement the Law on Geology and Minerals; Pursuant to Decree No. 40/2025/ND-CP dated February 26, 2025 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Ministry of Industry and Trade ;

At the request of the Director of the Department of Industrial Safety Techniques and Environment; the Minister of Industry and Trade issued a Circular regulating safety techniques in mineral exploitation.
