Provincial Party Secretary Pham Dai Duong joins high-ranking Vietnamese delegation
According to VNA Special Envoy, after more than 10 hours of flight, at 9:20 p.m. on November 28 local time (1:20 a.m. on November 29 Hanoi time), the plane carrying Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh, his wife Le Thi Bich Tran and the Vietnamese delegation arrived at Esenboga International Airport in Ankara, Turkey, starting an official visit to Turkey from November 29 to November 30 at the invitation of the Government of the Republic of Turkey. Comrade Pham Dai Duong, member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the National Assembly Delegation of Phu Yen province joined the high-ranking Vietnamese delegation.
On the same morning, during his official visit to Turkey, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh , his wife Le Thi Bich Tran and a high-ranking Vietnamese delegation visited the mausoleum of late President Mustafa Kemal Ataturk.

The Prime Minister and the delegation expressed their emotions when visiting the late President Mustafa Kemal Ataturk, an outstanding politician, military man and scholar, the first President of the Republic of Turkey. The Prime Minister said that the relics and images of the life and career of the late President Mustafa Kemal Ataturk helped the delegation understand more deeply his great contributions to the continuous rise and development of the country and people of Türkiye.
According to the Prime Minister, despite the geographical distance, Vietnam and Türkiye share many similarities in the history of fighting for independence and building the country. During difficult times in history, the two nations were fortunate to be led by great leaders such as President Ho Chi Minh and President Mustafa Kemal Ataturk, who brought the modern history of the two countries to a new and proud stage of development. The Prime Minister believes that the precious ideas and legacies left by the late President Mustafa Kemal Ataturk will continue to be inherited and promoted by generations of Turkish leaders and people, contributing to building a prosperous and beautiful Turkey; constantly cultivating the friendship and multifaceted cooperation between Vietnam and Türkiye for the prosperity of the two nations, for peace and development of the region and the world.
The late President Mustafa Kemal Ataturk (1881-1938) was the first President of the Republic of Turkey and is honored as the father of modern Turkey for his great contributions to the country and its people. "Ataturk" in Turkish means "father of the Turks". The Mausoleum of President Mustafa Kemal Ataturk is located in the capital Ankara, a monumental memorial complex, a symbol of 20th century Turkish architecture.
The mausoleum is designed to be open with evenly arranged stone columns, standing inside the mausoleum you can see the large square below. The mausoleum consists of many components, including the tomb containing the body of President Mustafa Kemal Ataturk and the area displaying pictures and relics about his life. Many heads of state and high-ranking officials from many countries have visited the mausoleum and laid wreaths when visiting Türkiye.
