Continue to promote the role of associations - business associations, professional associations as representatives of the business community to act as a bridge between enterprises and departments, branches, sectors and localities in the province. At the same time, be proactive, creative, flexible, innovative, demonstrate a breakthrough spirit, have the desire to develop production and business, enrich yourself and society.
To effectively implement, the plan of the Provincial People's Committee has set out a number of key tasks and solutions such as perfecting policies and laws, reforming administrative procedures, creating a favorable and equal investment and business environment for small and medium enterprises. Promoting planning and infrastructure development to facilitate and support access to finance and credit for small and medium enterprises to develop. In addition, it also considers supporting small and medium enterprises to improve the quality of human resources, digital transformation, increase labor productivity, build Vietnamese enterprise brands to expand the market, participate more deeply in the value chain and innovate...
It is known that the Department of Finance is assigned to monitor and urge relevant departments, branches, localities and units to carry out assigned tasks, and at the same time advise the Provincial People's Committee to report on the implementation status to the Ministry of Finance and the Government Office when requested.
