(BTNO) - On November 12, in Cam Ranh City, Khanh Hoa Province, the Party Committee and Command of Naval Region 4 held a conference to hand over the responsibilities and tasks of the Secretary of the Party Committee and Political Commissar of Naval Region 4. Lieutenant General Nguyen Van Bong - Secretary of the Party Committee and Political Commissar of the Navy attended and chaired the conference.

According to the decision of the Ministry of National Defense and the Standing Committee of the Navy Party Committee, Lieutenant Colonel Bui Xuan Binh - Head of the Navy Personnel Department was appointed to the position of Political Commissar and Secretary of the Navy Region 4 Party Committee to replace Rear Admiral Ngo Van Thuan who retired according to the regime.

Lieutenant General Nguyen Van Bong chaired the conference.
