Information at the Meeting said: The regular mid-year meeting is expected to be held on June 23 and 24 to assess the socio -economic development situation, ensuring national defense and security in the first 6 months of the year and directions and tasks for the last 6 months of 2025 in the province; assess the direction and administration of the Provincial People's Committee in the first 6 months of the year, tasks for the last 6 months of 2025; Report on handling complaints and denunciations in the first 6 months of the year; directions and tasks for the last 6 months of 2025; Report on anti-corruption work in the first 6 months of the year; directions and tasks for the last 6 months of 2025; Report on the results of practicing thrift and combating waste in the first 6 months of the year, directions and tasks for the last 6 months of 2025; State financial report of Bac Kan province in 2024; Summary report on responses to voters' opinions and recommendations before the regular mid-year session of the 10th Provincial People's Council in 2025...; discussion and expected approval of 17 resolutions on important economic and social fields.

Discussing at the meeting, delegates contributed their opinions on the review reports of the Provincial People's Council committees on the draft Resolutions, the Provincial People's Committee; specialized agencies explained some of the contents raised by delegates.

Regarding the draft Resolution amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Regulations on collection, exemption, reduction, collection, payment, management and use of fees and charges in Bac Kan province, attached to Resolution No. 02/2025/NQ-HDND dated April 3, 2025 of the Bac Kan Provincial People's Council, the Provincial People's Committee is requested to continue to closely follow the guiding documents of the Central Government and the province on decentralization and decentralization at the commune level to review and advise on regulations on the authority to collect fees and charges to ensure compliance with the provisions of law.
