Standing Committee of Hoa Lu District Party Committee dialogues with women's union members

On May 17, the Standing Committee of Hoa Lu District Party Committee organized a dialogue conference between the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee and female cadres, women's union members, and female cadres, civil servants, and public employees of the District Party Committee, mass organizations, and the District People's Committee in 2023.

Participating in the dialogue were members of the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee; the District Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Committee, the District Women's Union, departments, branches, the Vietnam Fatherland Front and mass organizations of the district.

At the dialogue, female cadres and members asked questions, expressed their thoughts and aspirations and reflected recommendations related to groups of issues on improving the quality of the Association's cadres; implementing the emulation movement "Skillful mass mobilization"; supporting women in economic development to ensure safety and social security.

Specifically: legal regulations on marriage and family, protection of children's rights; organization of weddings, funerals and festivals; environmental sanitation work; conversion of agricultural land; work of female cadres; operating expenses of grassroots Women's Unions and women's branches in villages, hamlets and streets; allowances for population collaborators; development of collective economy, household economy; land consolidation and plot exchange; loan support; social security policies...

Standing Committee of Hoa Lu District Party Committee dialogues with women's union members — Women's officials and members expressed their opinions and feedback at the dialogue.

All questions at the dialogue conference were listened to, received and answered directly by the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee, leaders of departments, branches, agencies and units in Hoa Lu district with a high sense of responsibility, promptly and thoroughly resolving women's concerns and problems, creating a democratic atmosphere, receiving high consensus and response from women members.

The contents of the dialogue conference were compiled by the District Women's Union, considering this a practical basis for organizing and implementing appropriate activities and promptly advising and proposing to the District Party Committee, People's Council, and District People's Committee to lead, direct, and create conditions for women to develop comprehensively.

The dialogue conference aims to concretize the implementation of Decision 1248/QD-TU of the Provincial Party Standing Committee promulgating regulations on leaders at all levels conducting direct dialogue with the people. This is also a form of promoting democratic rights and effectively propagating the regulations, policies and laws of the State.

At the same time, encourage and motivate female cadres and members to express their thoughts, feelings, concerns and difficulties in the process of performing tasks at the grassroots level, at agencies and units with the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee.

This is also an opportunity for female cadres and members to directly listen to the guidance, leadership and direction of the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee, in order to better perform their tasks.

Within the framework of the dialogue, delegates listened to Dr. Dinh Doan (psychological consultant for VOV's "Window of Love" program) exchange and talk on the topic "Building a friendly, gentle, elegant, and hospitable Hoa Lu Ancient Capital woman".
