Proactively plan support for candidates
With the desire to support the school's students to participate in the 2025 High School Graduation Exam safely and conveniently, creating a good mentality to achieve the highest results, since the beginning of June, the Provincial Boarding Ethnic High School Youth Union has developed a plan for the 2025 High School Graduation Exam Support Program. According to Ms. Vo Hoang Diem, Secretary of the Provincial Boarding Ethnic High School Youth Union, the school's Youth Union has established a 9-member 2025 Exam Support volunteer team, led by Vice Principal Le Hong Duy. In addition, the team also mobilized volunteers who are teachers, staff, and students of the school to join and support.
“The support period is from June 17-27. Accordingly, from June 17-23, the school's 2025 Exam Support volunteer team will mobilize teachers, staff, agencies, organizations, and individuals outside the school to raise a minimum of VND15 million to implement the program. Team members will have to clearly understand the list of candidates, registration numbers, exam room numbers, and phone numbers of the students; instruct students in the exam regulations, and instruct them in their classrooms. On exam days, the volunteer team members are responsible for waking up the students, gathering them and instructing them on what to bring; taking students to the exam site at Duy Tan High School; and organizing meals and rest for students on time to maintain their health,” said Ms. Diem.
As one of the units that has organized the Exam Support Program for many consecutive years, bringing about high efficiency and spreading, since the end of May, the Standing Committee of Song Hinh District Youth Union has developed a plan for the Exam Support Program in 2025 and issued an open letter calling on benefactors and businesses to continue to accompany and help the volunteer team in supporting candidates participating in the 2025 High School Graduation Exam.
Mr. Ho Vinh Hung, Secretary of Song Hinh District Youth Union, said: The Standing Committee of the District Youth Union calls on donors to support items (drinks, cakes, milk, etc.) and funds for the program to prepare the best conditions for the candidates. After more than a week of distributing the open letter, we have received 5 million VND and 30 cartons of milk from the Provincial Police Youth Union; 3 million VND and 200 meals, water, and milk from donors and units. We are continuing to call on individuals and units to support the program.
Many practical support activities
Mr. Vo Duy Kha, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Youth Union, said that the Provincial Youth Union Standing Committee has just implemented a plan to organize the 2025 Exam Support Program for candidates participating in the 2025 High School Graduation Exam. The program will take place until the end of August 2025, with the focus being June. The program includes support activities before, during and after the exam.
Accordingly, before the exam, the Provincial Youth Union deployed the Digital Volunteer Team - Exam Support with the following tasks: Synthesizing support needs via website, fanpage; answering online questions related to exam information for candidates; receiving and synthesizing information of candidates in difficult circumstances needing support in the province; finding resources to support the program; finding scholarships for candidates in difficult circumstances. Along with that, the Provincial Youth Union and volunteer teams will coordinate to organize the Exam Psychology and Spiritual Support programs; support study tools for candidates; implement activities of Tips for high-scoring exam preparation, counseling programs, career orientation, admissions counseling; coordinate to implement the model of Experiencing a day as a student for students...
With proactive, careful preparation from early on and diverse activities, the 2025 Exam Support Program of the Provincial Youth Union is expected to provide practical and effective support, helping candidates to be steadfast on their journey to conquer knowledge.

Support activities during the exam include: coordinating with the government, medical facilities, universities, colleges, and academies to review and grasp information about the situation of candidates in the locality and develop proactive plans to handle any unusual incidents related to weather, accidents, health, etc. of candidates and their families; implementing free pick-up and drop-off activities for candidates in special circumstances, remote areas, and candidates with disabilities. In addition, the Youth Union at all levels will coordinate with relevant agencies to promptly prevent negative phenomena affecting candidates; organizing volunteer teams to guide and direct traffic to ensure traffic safety at exam sites.
Post-exam support activities include: establishing youth volunteer teams to support students with admission procedures; searching for and introducing safe, affordable accommodation; creating conditions for students to adapt to the new learning environment; organizing and coordinating activities to welcome new students; mobilizing resources to organize scholarships to support new students and students in difficult circumstances...
“The Provincial Youth Union Standing Committee will establish a volunteer team consisting of union members, youth, and students to carry out volunteer activities according to the above plan at all examination sites in the province. Depending on their actual situation, subordinate delegations can organize or coordinate with district, town, and city youth unions to establish volunteer support teams at examination sites. The implementation time will focus on the days of the 2025 High School Graduation Exam (from June 25-28),” Mr. Kha emphasized.
