Previously, from the afternoon of June 13, after the forces finished dismantling the underwater part of the cages blocking the 6 flood discharge compartments of An Trach dam, the flood quickly drained downstream. By 5:00 p.m. on June 14, the water level of Yen River upstream of An Trach dam had dropped more than 2m compared to the afternoon of June 13.

Flood water has also receded all roads and residential areas in Hoa Tien and Hoa Chau communes (Hoa Vang district).

The Steering Committee for Natural Disaster Prevention, Search and Rescue and Civil Defense of Da Nang City also said that it has requested agencies, units and localities to report in detail the damage situation and propose support needs and damage recovery to synthesize and report to the City People's Committee to continue to implement the work of overcoming the consequences caused by storm No. 1 and promptly stabilize people's lives and production as well as quickly overcome damage and buried infrastructure.

In addition, 3 small boats and 2 motorboats of fishermen sank while anchored at Tho Quang wharf and the wharf of the Maritime Search Coordination Center Region 2.

In addition, 31 points on the roads were eroded and damaged; 60 buoys on inland waterways were washed away and have not been found.

Regarding the landslides and rockfalls in Son Tra peninsula, in the South and North beaches, a lot of rockfalls from the slopes have spilled onto the road; the road from the forest ranger station to Ban Co peak has landslides in 2 locations, and Hoang Sa road has landslides in 5 locations.
