Accordingly, the License is granted to Mavid (Vietnam) Technology Co., Ltd. The project is located at NX3, NX4 - Lot CN1-2 and CN1-3, Yen Phong Industrial Park (expansion area), Yen Trung commune, using an area of 7,848 m2). The design scale is 1,574,550 products/year (about 1,178.5 tons/year), including: audio amplifiers, electronic bells, music players, speakers, and transmitters.
According to the license, domestic wastewater is pre-treated through a 3-compartment septic tank, then connected to the domestic wastewater treatment system with a capacity of 50 m³/day and night of Titan Corporation 2 Industrial Company Limited (Bac Ninh) according to the connection agreement. The project must connect all wastewater to the industrial park system, not discharge directly into the environment; organize separate rainwater - wastewater systems, periodic maintenance, and supplement microorganisms to the septic tank.
Regarding emissions, generated at the welding, gluing, circuit board cleaning stages... are collected into an activated carbon adsorption system with a capacity of 35,000 m3/hour, continuously discharged through the exhaust pipe in the factory. The quality of the emissions after treatment must meet QCVN 19:2024/BTNMT (column B); the main control parameters include copper, toluene, xylene, volatile organic compounds (VOCs) according to the prescribed limits. The system is not subject to automatic monitoring, but must be tested for 3 months and monitored as required during the testing period.
Regarding noise, vibration must ensure compliance with environmental protection requirements QCVN 26:2025/BTNMT - National technical regulation on noise, QCVN 27:2025/BTNMT - National technical regulation on vibration from November 14, 2025. Maximum levels in normal areas: 70 dBA (day), 65 dBA (night), 60 dBA (night); vibration 75 dB (day) and 70 dB (night). Enterprises need to arrange low-noise equipment, maintain fans - motors, isolate noise sources and install shock absorbers.
Regarding waste management, Hazardous waste (HCW): about 977 kg/year (waste electronic equipment and components; waste batteries; filter materials, waste activated carbon, etc.); Controlled industrial waste: about 5,581 kg/year (rags, oily gloves; hard plastic packaging; equipment containing or contaminated with PCBs, etc.); Regular industrial HW: about 44,060 kg/year; septic tank sludge: 16,380 kg/year; household waste: 67,080 kg/year; Storage : 01 HW warehouse and 01 industrial HW warehouse, each warehouse is 9 m2, waterproof structure, full signage; waste is contracted with a competent unit to collect, transport, and treat according to regulations.
The People's Committee of Bac Ninh province requires enterprises to only implement the licensing content after completing the environmental protection works, operating according to the correct process; immediately stop the emission source/noise and vibration source when not meeting the requirements and promptly report to the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, the provincial environmental professional agency and the Industrial Park Management Board. The professional agency presides over and coordinates with the Industrial Park Management Board and the locality to organize inspections of the implementation of the license, strictly handle violations. The license is valid from the date of signing, with a term of 10 years.
