The investment objective of the projects is to preserve and promote the value of relics; serve well the propaganda work, educate revolutionary traditions for future generations, and at the same time serve well the political tasks, economic, cultural and social development of the locality.

The investment scale includes renovation, preservation, and restoration of items such as the main hall - front hall, shrine, ceremonial gate, coronation altar, flagpole, fence, yard, kitchen and toilet; termite prevention... The projects are expected to be completed in 2026.

Previously, in December 2021, the Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Council issued Resolution No. 151 on the restoration of Tan My communal house relic with a total investment of VND 2.57 billion. However, the project has not been able to be implemented due to some problems related to land use planning and traffic planning.

Over time, Tan My communal house has now seriously degraded, the amount of repair work in each item has increased compared to the amount of work in the investment items approved in Resolution No. 151. Therefore, the total investment for the Tan My communal house restoration project has just been adjusted by the Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Council to increase by 1.33 billion VND, to 3.9 billion VND.

According to the Khanh Hoa Provincial Monuments Conservation Center, Tan My communal house is an ancient communal house built in 1851, and is the site of many festivals imbued with national identity. During the two resistance wars against France and the United States, Tan My communal house was an important revolutionary base of the locality. This communal house has been restored five times over time, most recently in 2013.

Also in 2013, Tan My communal house was ranked as a provincial historical and cultural relic.
