In the 2021-2025 period, the province will implement 11 value chain projects following the "4-link" model, contributing to the transformation of production from fragmented to concentrated commodities, prioritizing perennial fruit tree cultivation, helping to increase average income by 10%/year/household. The application of science and technology helps agricultural products meet VietGAP standards, aiming to issue export growing area codes. In particular, concentrated production areas become the foundation for investment in essential infrastructure such as electricity, roads, irrigation, and high-tech agricultural development.

Along with that, the collective economy plays a key role in completing the criteria for organizing new rural production. The whole province currently has 864 agricultural, forestry and fishery cooperatives; of which, more than 30% of the cooperatives apply advanced technology, such as water-saving irrigation, net houses, greenhouses, good agricultural production processes, contributing to improving product quality, and have built 214 OCOP products with 3 stars or more.
