On the morning of October 16, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Lao Cai province received 1.7 billion VND to support people to overcome the consequences of storms and floods from the Trade Union of the Vietnam Bank for Social Policies; Duc Giang Lao Cai Chemical Company Limited.

Of which, the Trade Union of the Vietnam Bank for Social Policies received 300 million VND; Duc Giang Lao Cai Chemicals Company Limited received 1.4 billion VND.
