"In the near future, we will also participate in the Pho Day event organized by Tuoi Tre newspaper with the desire to bring the taste of Vietnamese pho to everyone, not only in the country but also to the world ," said a representative of Pho Phat Tai restaurant.
Although the restaurant mainly serves beef pho, to give customers more choices, the restaurant's menu also has chicken dishes such as chicken pho, chicken vermicelli, chicken rice, chicken sticky rice... of the Phat Loc brand - the "youngest brother" born after Phat Tai.
After visiting the festival, on the afternoon of June 15, Mr. Thoai, who lives in Tan Phu, and his friends stopped by the Pho Phat Tai cart. Some ordered a special bowl, others chose a plate of chicken rice.
"We came to enjoy and recharge our batteries to continue our journey at the festival. Tonight there is also a concert night gathering many famous singers," said Mr. Thoai.

A bowl of beef pho sold during the Cashless Day 2025 festival costs from 65,000 VND. The pho has a traditional northern flavor.
The broth is amber in color. The meat is sliced, and the beef flavor lingers in the bite. The pho has no herbs, but instead a small bowl of thinly sliced onions and cilantro. If desired, customers can add it to the hot bowl of pho.
In addition, there are fried dough sticks with a crispy outer layer and a spongy inside. Dipping them in pho broth creates a rather interesting combination. The pho broth is quite light and sweet.

Pho Phat Tai is located on the bustling Tran Hung Dao Street, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City. The restaurant has been in operation since January 2025, open from 6am to 3am the next morning. In addition to beef pho, the restaurant also serves beef pho with wine sauce and rare beef pho, which are cooked delicately and meticulously.
According to the restaurant, the pho broth is made from beef bones simmered for many hours to bring out the characteristic delicious flavor.
The restaurant uses high quality fresh beef with clear origin, combined with precious and expensive spices such as Quan Lan Quang Ninh sea worms, pho spices with cinnamon, anise and cardamom selected from Lang Son , Yen Bai, Lao Cai.
Lang basil is brought from the North, along with shallots and coriander, sprinkled into the broth, helping the aroma of the beef to add more attractive flavor.
Mr. Trinh Nguyen Hung Dung, Chairman of TNK Travel Group, along with like-minded people founded Pho Phat Tai restaurant.
According to him, when he was researching what cultural values Vietnam had to introduce to tourists in the most interesting and profound way, he learned about pho, a dish famous all over the world, and found that it truly converged the cultural identities of many regions, worthy of being called the "national dish". Therefore, he is passionate and wants to spread the value of pho more and more widely.
Cashless Day 2025 with the theme "Cashless payment promotes digital economy ". The series of events is held in the final year of implementing the Project on developing cashless payment for the period 2021-2025 according to the Prime Minister's decision.

The program aims to raise social awareness, encourage people to access and use modern payment methods such as e-wallets, QR codes, contactless cards, etc., and contribute to building a sustainable cashless ecosystem in Vietnam.
One of the highlights of this year's event series is the "Ting Ting Day" festival, taking place from 7:30 a.m. June 14 to 9:00 p.m. June 15 at Nguyen Hue walking street, offering a series of experiences on payment technology, mini games, workshops on spending management and modern lifestyle.
In particular, a highly anticipated activity is the E-Concert with a star-studded lineup and two large promotional programs including a nationwide promotion program and a Shopping Season promotion program in Ho Chi Minh City.
Within the framework of the program, there was also a workshop on "Cashless Payment: Driving Force for Digital Economic Growth" with the participation of nearly 300 delegates.
