According to the General Secretary, at the conference, the Party Central Committee approved documents to be submitted to the 14th National Party Congress; agreed to introduce personnel for the 14th Central Executive Committee and the Central Inspection Commission ; and gave opinions on the time, content, program, working regulations, and election regulations of the 14th National Congress with the motto of ensuring compliance with the charter, innovation, science, efficiency, and practicality.

Approving the conclusion on the report on the implementation of the 2025 socio-economic plan; determined to complete the remaining targets of the 5-year plan 2021 - 2025; preparing the basis for the 2026 socio-economic plan and the 2026 - 2030 finance - budget in the spirit of macroeconomic stability, public debt safety, prioritizing development investment and ensuring social security.

Regarding human resources, we must ensure quality - capacity - prestige - integrity - efficiency, resolutely not let in people who seek positions, power, corruption, negativity, or lack of ambition, and put peace first; promote exemplary leadership, make use of real talent, and assign the right person to the right job at the right time.

Second, the Central Committee unanimously agreed to complete and over-fulfill the remaining targets of the 13th National Congress Resolution, the Socio-Economic Development Tasks for 2025, and the 5-year Plan 2021-2025.
