Comrade Tran Cam Tu, Politburo member, Standing member of the Secretariat, chaired the Conference on behalf of the Politburo.
Next, the Central Committee worked in groups, discussing 3 contents: (i) Report on the implementation of the 2025 Socio- Economic Development Plan, the projected Socio-Economic Development Plan for 2026. (ii) Report on the assessment of the implementation of the State budget in 2025, the State budget estimate for 2026 and the 3-year National Financial and Budget Plan for 2026 - 2028. (iii) The 5-year National Financial Plan for the period 2026 - 2030.
