Chairman of Lai Chau Provincial People's Committee was transferred to be Deputy Secretary of Dien Bien Provincial Party Committee

(Dan Tri) - Mr. Le Van Luong, Chairman of Lai Chau Provincial People's Committee, has just been assigned by the Secretariat to hold the position of Deputy Secretary of Dien Bien Provincial Party Committee for the 2025-2030 term.

On the afternoon of November 16, Dien Bien Provincial Party Committee held a conference to announce the decision of the Central Party Secretariat on the transfer and appointment of personnel to hold the position of Deputy Secretary of Dien Bien Provincial Party Committee for the 2025-2030 term.

According to Decision No. 2523-QDNS/TW dated November 14 of the Central Party Secretariat, Mr. Le Van Luong, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Committee of Lai Chau province ceased to participate in the Executive Committee, Standing Committee and ceased to hold the position of Deputy Secretary of the Lai Chau Provincial Party Committee for the 2025-2030 term; transferred, appointed to participate in the Executive Committee, Standing Committee and hold the position of Deputy Secretary of the Dien Bien Provincial Party Committee for the 2025-2030 term.

Speaking at the conference, Deputy Head of the Central Organizing Committee Nguyen Quang Duong congratulated Mr. Le Van Luong on being entrusted by the Central Committee with a new task.

At the same time, the leaders of the Central Organizing Committee expressed their belief that Mr. Le Van Luong will continue to promote his experience, mettle and qualities as a leader, and together with the Dien Bien Provincial Party Committee, successfully complete the tasks assigned by the Central Committee.

The Deputy Head of the Central Organizing Committee requested the leadership of Dien Bien province to continue promoting the spirit of solidarity, creating conditions for Mr. Le Van Luong to quickly grasp the work, promote his capacity and strengths, contributing to the province's successful implementation of the goals of the 15th Provincial Party Congress, term 2025-2030.

In his acceptance speech, the new Deputy Secretary of Dien Bien Provincial Party Committee, Le Van Luong, expressed his gratitude for the trust of the Central Committee and the support of the Party Executive Committees of Dien Bien and Lai Chau provinces.

He affirmed that he will make every effort, together with the Executive Committee and the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, to concretize the goals and resolutions of the Provincial Party Congress, making Dien Bien develop more and more strongly.

Mr. Le Van Luong was born on August 28, 1968, in Ninh Binh province. Professional qualifications: Bachelor of Pedagogy, Bachelor of Accounting, Master of Economic Management and Bachelor of Politics . Date of joining the Party March 18, 1994.

Mr. Le Van Luong has held many important positions such as Chairman of Than Uyen Commune People's Committee, Chairman of Tan Uyen Commune People's Committee; Deputy Chief of Office, Chief of Office of Lai Chau Provincial Party Committee; Chairman of Lai Chau Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee; Standing Deputy Secretary of Lai Chau Provincial Party Committee.

In 2023, he was elected Chairman of Lai Chau Provincial People's Committee.
