The training session took place at the training ground of the Lao Football Federation Youth Football Training Center, about 40 minutes away from the team's base. The weather ranged from 22 to 26 degrees Celsius, with light rain but did not affect the quality of training, creating favorable conditions for the whole team to quickly get into the rhythm of preparation.
After an exciting warm-up session, the coaching staff deployed technical content on offensive and defensive tactics. In the second half of the training session, the players were divided into teams to compete against each other on half the field to improve their ability to change state and accuracy in coordination.

The training atmosphere was positive, especially the new recruits like Nguyen Tran Viet Cuong and Khong Minh Gia Bao tried very hard to integrate and prove themselves in the national team environment.
Before the training session, young midfielder Khong Minh Gia Bao shared with the media his feelings on his first time joining the national team. Gia Bao said he felt very surprised and happy when he received a message from his senior Nguyen Tien Linh announcing his call-up to the national team. Immediately after being confirmed, Gia Bao informed his parents, who were very happy and extremely proud of their son.
Talking about integrating with the team, the midfielder born in 2000 admitted that he was still confused in the early days, but thanks to the support from his teammates, he gradually got used to the training rhythm and tactical operation of the team.
Gia Bao also expressed his deep gratitude to Coach Van Sy Son, who trusted him and gave him the opportunity to play as a starter when he was still playing for Quang Nam , considering it an "important launching pad" for him to advance to the national team today. As a central defender who does not have the advantage of height, Gia Bao determined to make up for it with determination, fighting spirit and daily efforts to improve himself.
When asked about his role model, Gia Bao said he learned a lot from the playing style of central defender Tran Dinh Trong - a player who is not too tall but stands out thanks to his judgment and tenacity in disputes, nicknamed "expert in hunting Westerners".

Talking about striker Nguyen Xuan Son, Gia Bao has special respect and considers him a "class striker", although he admits that Xuan Son is still in the process of regaining his best condition after a long time of injury treatment.
In the coming days, coach Kim Sang Sik and his team will continue to maintain a regular training schedule to perfect their tactical plans, aiming to win all three points in the match against Laos at 7 p.m. on November 19.
