He affirmed that these projects are not only places for learning and training but also symbols of faith and strong solidarity between regions.
The Permanent Deputy Prime Minister requested Quang Ngai province to direct investors and construction units to ensure quality and progress, avoiding formalities or delays.
The education sector of Quang Ngai province is also assigned the task of preparing a team of managers and teachers suitable for the boarding school model, while focusing on educating life skills and preserving national cultural identity for students.

The Deputy Prime Minister also expressed his deep gratitude to the team of teachers who are staying in the villages and classrooms on the border day and night, carrying out the task of "sowing knowledge and cultivating people" in difficult conditions.
According to a representative of the People's Committee of Quang Ngai province, each school in the four projects will have a scale of 30-47 classrooms, serving more than 1,000 students.
The projects aim to narrow regional gaps, ensure equity in education, improve people's knowledge and train human resources for border areas, and strengthen national defense and security.
The project is expected to be completed in August 2026, but the province will strive to finish 30 days earlier.
Mr. Cao Bao Viet, Chairman of the People's Committee of Duc Nong Commune, said that the local inter-level school project has a total capital of more than 207 billion VND, implemented on an area of nearly 5 hectares. Thanks to good mobilization work, the people have high consensus on land recovery and compensation.
Mr. Tran Duc Thu, Principal of Dak Duc Primary and Secondary School, Duc Nong Commune, shared: "The old school has seriously degraded, the classroom area does not meet the requirements. Many students live 5-7km away from the school, making it difficult to maintain the number of students. This spacious and modern inter-level boarding school will open up opportunities for change in local education and light up the belief in a brighter future for the students."
