The Ministry of Public Security officially started construction of the PVF Stadium with a capacity of 60,000 seats, applying dome technology that opens and closes automatically in 12-20 minutes. This is not only a place to hold cultural and sports events of the People's Public Security Force (CAND), but also a new symbolic project of international stature of Vietnam in the era of development.

The stadium is located in the PVF Youth Football Training Center, in Nghia Tru commune, Hung Yen province, with the Ministry of Public Security as the investor and Vinhomes Joint Stock Company under Vingroup as the general contractor.

The stadium has an area of ​​over 55,000 m², a capacity of 60,000 seats, including 4 main stands A, B, C, D and specialized areas: technical, security, broadcasting control center, press, player area, VIP area, service - cuisine. Along with that, the stadium has an outdoor square and a modern parking lot of 18 hectares. In particular, the stadium is designed according to FIFA standards, qualified to host World Cup matches and regional tournaments.

The outstanding point of PVF Stadium is the giant dome design that can be opened and closed completely in just 12 - 20 minutes, a technology applied for the first time in Vietnam. The modern automatic opening and closing dome is referenced from the model and technology of AT&T Stadium (USA), the stadium with the largest opening and closing roof in the world today.

The roof uses advanced PTFE material, which has the ability to transmit natural light, prevent heat absorption, block UV rays and reduce noise, helping the interior space to be cool, save energy and maintain outstanding durability over time.

The field surface uses hybrid modular grass technology - a combination of natural grass and artificial fibers, which helps increase durability, drain water quickly, withstand heavy loads, and is convenient for maintenance. Each grass panel can be disassembled independently, easily replaced or moved, helping the field's function to flexibly change for activities from professional sports competitions to national and international cultural and social events.

In the overall international architecture, the VIP room area is precisely calculated in every detail from light, sound to view, bringing a comfortable and luxurious space never seen before in stadiums in Vietnam. The VIP rooms are fully equipped with air conditioning, panoramic balconies, high-resolution screens, sofa lounges, high-class culinary services and separate entrances, ensuring maximum privacy and convenience for guests.

The stadium is integrated with a large LED screen system, modern sound and light for live broadcasting, bringing a vivid visual experience to the audience.

When completed, PVF Stadium will not only become a "common home" for generations of young Vietnamese players, but also a large-scale training and competition center for the People's Public Security Forces, serving the physical training, improving the health and fighting spirit of officers and soldiers.

With a design of the times and the world's leading advanced technology, when put into operation, PVF Stadium will not only meet the physical training needs and improve the morale of the officers and soldiers of the People's Public Security, but will also be the center of national and international events, promoting cultural, sports and tourism exchanges; contributing to economic and social development, enhancing Vietnam's position in the era of national development.

At the groundbreaking ceremony, General Luong Tam Quang, Minister of Public Security, affirmed that with an international standard design, PVF Stadium will be a center connecting sports, culture and tourism of the country and the region.

"Construction of PVF Stadium is an important infrastructure investment project, concretizing the strategic vision of the Party and State, the direction of General Secretary To Lam on comprehensive human development and building a strong nation, an important cultural and sports institution, affirming the vision of the Ministry of Public Security on sports development, realizing the aspiration to build and develop CAND sports sustainably and comprehensively.

The construction site was carefully selected at an important trade gateway, converging factors of development space and outstanding connectivity. The project will not only serve the Ministry of Public Security, but will also be a center connecting sports, culture and tourism of the country and the region; designed to exceed international standards for major sporting events such as: ASIAD, Olympics, World Cup", Minister Luong Tam Quang said.

Minister Luong Tam Quang emphasized that in the future, the project will be a multi-purpose complex, including the main stadium, auxiliary training areas, rehabilitation center, entertainment, service, commercial and entertainment areas, providing public sports facilities, creating a healthy playground for all ages; a place to organize top sports matches, an address for people to have the opportunity to participate in physical activities, improve health, making the movement "All people exercise following the example of great Uncle Ho" become a habit, a daily lifestyle.
