Approved unit price for 1-year-old Ngoc Linh ginseng seedlings: 155,000 VND/plant

DNO - The People's Committee of Da Nang City has just issued Decision 2033/QD-UBND approving the unit price of 1-year-old Ngoc Linh ginseng seedlings for 2025 of the Ngoc Linh Ginseng and Medicinal Herbs Development Center.

According to the decision, the unit price of 1-year-old Ngoc Linh ginseng seedlings in 2025 provided by the Center for Development of Ngoc Linh ginseng and medicinal plants to implement the mechanism to encourage the conservation and development of Ngoc Linh ginseng and other medicinal plants in Da Nang city in 2025 according to Resolution No. 09/2022/NQ-HDND dated April 21, 2022 of the People's Council of Quang Nam province (old) is 155,000 VND/plant.

The City People's Committee assigned the Ngoc Linh Ginseng and Medicinal Herbs Development Center to be responsible for supplying 1-year-old Ngoc Linh ginseng seedlings at the approved unit price to the correct beneficiaries according to the Resolution of the People's Council of Quang Nam province (old) according to the order of the People's Committees of the communes: Tra Linh, Nam Tra My, Tra Leng, Tra Tap.

The People's Committees of Tra Tap, Tra Linh, Tra Leng and Nam Tra My communes are responsible for coordinating with public service providers to carry out relevant procedures such as ordering decisions, ordering contracts and other procedural documents in accordance with current regulations. Responsible for collecting 20% ​​of the counterpart fund from the people and paying back the 80% state budget support to the Ngoc Linh ginseng supplier in accordance with regulations.

The Department of Agriculture and Environment is responsible for guiding, directing, and inspecting the Ngoc Linh Ginseng and Medicinal Herbs Development Center to supply Ngoc Linh ginseng seedlings according to the issued unit price and perform the collection and expenditure tasks in accordance with legal regulations; promptly report and propose to the City People's Committee to handle arising problems and difficulties (if any).
