Lifestart Foundation donated gifts to students and disadvantaged families, including 50 bicycles, 50 sets of essential supplies, 50 electric fans, and 50 warm blankets, with a total value of nearly 200 million VND.
According to Karen Leonard, founder of the Lifestart Foundation, the gift-giving activities in Tra Giap commune are not simply about providing material support, but also about encouraging and motivating students to overcome difficulties, confidently continue their education, and build a brighter future.
This is one of many community projects that the Lifestart Foundation has been implementing in Da Nang and Central Vietnam. Most recently, they provided emergency aid of 104 million VND to help families of students eligible for the Scholarship Project overcome the consequences of natural disasters, rebuild their lives and livelihoods after the floods.

In the first half of 2026, Lifestart Foundation plans to launch a project to support the construction and repair of housing for households in mountainous areas severely affected by floods and landslides.
At the same time, they continued to provide support with 10 more drinking water filtration systems and 200 gift packages including bicycles, essential goods, blankets, and electric fans. The total estimated cost is approximately 1 billion VND.
The Lifestart Foundation was established in 2000 with the aim of helping disadvantaged people in Vietnam have a better life.
Through three key projects – an educational scholarship program, support for school water filtration systems, and the construction of charitable housing – Lifestart Foundation is estimated to have provided over 40 billion VND in support to disadvantaged youth in Da Nang and Central Vietnam.
