At the meeting, the delegation discussed in detail with the Provincial Post Office Board of Directors, leaders of functional departments and affiliated centers to evaluate the results of implementing the new production organization model. In particular, the delegation noted the way of implementing innovation from the grassroots level, grasping the thoughts and aspirations of workers and summarizing the problems arising during the implementation process.
Deputy General Director Pham Anh Tuan highly appreciated the proactive spirit, open-mindedness and determination to innovate of the Gia Lai Provincial Post Office. He also acknowledged the initial positive results, while noting some shortcomings such as: the coordination between departments is not uniform, the division of labor after the handover between the Business Division and the Operation Division needs to be reviewed and adjusted in accordance with the functions, tasks and instructions of the Corporation.
Concluding the meeting, Deputy General Director Pham Anh Tuan requested the unit to continue to promote the improvement of the production organization model, constantly improve service quality, and at the same time promote the spirit of initiative and creativity from the grassroots level - the key factor to improve the efficiency of production and business activities in the coming time.
