With the core being the typical cadres and women's union members of the Women's Union of Factory Z176 and selected through the grassroots and cluster-level Festivals of Factory Z131, Z121, Z181, the Weapons Institute and the College of National Defense Industry, the team brought to the Festival the theme "Lullaby of Steel and Heart of Fire" - The story of the great, brilliant power hidden and nurtured in the souls of the simple, silent women of the Military. Thereby effectively promoting the model of the Club "Women who love and preserve lullabies and folk songs of the Women of the General Department of Defense Industry".

Participating in the Lullaby and Folk Song Festival is an opportunity for women of the General Department of Defense Industry to exchange, learn, and share experiences, thereby improving their knowledge, skills, and methods of association work and participating in association activities, raising awareness of the position and role of culture in building the Army, developing the country, promoting the qualities of "Uncle Ho's soldiers"; contributing to preserving, maintaining, and promoting good traditional cultural values, imbued with national identity.

At the end of the Festival, the Lullaby and Folk Song Team of the Military Women 2024, General Department of Defense Industry was awarded the Flag of the Unit with Excellent Results by the General Department of Politics; Certificate of Merit by the Director of the General Department of Politics for the Performance "Meeting Market" which was one of the 25 best performances in the Festival; Certificate of Merit for Comrade Nguyen Thi Thanh - Member of the Women's Union of Factory Z176 for her best performance in the Festival.

Participating in the Festival is a meaningful activity of the Women's General Department of Defense Industry to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the founding of the Vietnam People's Army and the 35th anniversary of the National Defense and Security Day./.
