Hotline 1022 will continue to be the official channel providing public services in Dong Nai province (new)

(DN) - Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh has just issued Official Dispatch No. 90/CD-Ttg dated June 17, 2025 on ensuring smooth, effective and uninterrupted implementation of administrative procedures when rearranging administrative units and implementing the 2-level local government model.

The dispatch clearly stated the establishment of a public hotline of the Provincial Public Administration Service Center and the Commune People's Committee before June 25, 2025 to support, guide, and respond to individuals and organizations' and organizations' comments and recommendations on the implementation of administrative procedures and provision of public services when arranging administrative units and implementing the 2-level local government model to ensure regular 24/7 operations.

Previously, on June 16, the Department of Science and Technology of Dong Nai held a working session with the Office of the People's Committee of Dong Nai and Binh Phuoc provinces, and the Department of Science and Technology of Binh Phuoc to discuss and agree on the plan to operate switchboard 1022 in Dong Nai province after the merger.

The meeting agreed that the 1022 hotline will continue to be the official channel, the "hotline" to receive, process and answer questions and recommendations from individuals and organizations about the implementation of administrative procedures and the provision of public services in Dong Nai province. Thereby, ensuring the operation of the 1022 hotline for people and businesses is continuous and smooth when organizing the 2-level local government model and merging the province.
