US President Joe Biden and leaders of other countries congratulate Vietnam on National Day

On the occasion of the 79th anniversary of Vietnam's National Day (September 2, 1945 - September 2, 2024), leaders of Brunei Darussalam, Indonesia, Malaysia, the Philippines, Thailand, South Korea, the United States, Japan, and Australia sent congratulatory messages and letters to the leaders of the Party, State, and people of Vietnam.

The Philippine President warmly congratulated Vietnam on its great achievements in national construction and development; praised the Vietnamese people's will and steadfast determination on the path to regaining independence and freedom; and believed that the strong development of Vietnam's economy will contribute to peace and stability in the ASEAN region; At the same time, he affirmed his wish to continue to deepen the Strategic Partnership with Vietnam, for peace, cooperation and development, and for the benefit of the people of the two countries. King Maha Vajiralongkorn of Thailand sent a congratulatory message to General Secretary and President To Lam.
