The Philippine President warmly congratulated Vietnam on its great achievements in national construction and development; praised the Vietnamese people's will and steadfast determination on the path to regaining independence and freedom; and believed that the strong development of Vietnam's economy will contribute to peace and stability in the ASEAN region; At the same time, he affirmed his wish to continue to deepen the Strategic Partnership with Vietnam, for peace, cooperation and development, and for the benefit of the people of the two countries. King Maha Vajiralongkorn of Thailand sent a congratulatory message to General Secretary and President To Lam. The Thai leaders expressed their delight at the comprehensive development in all areas of cooperation between the two countries, especially in trade, investment, tourism and infrastructure; affirmed that Thailand always attaches importance to the friendly and close relationship with Vietnam and hopes that the two countries will continue to jointly grasp new opportunities to promote cooperation, for the common interests of the two countries, for a prosperous future of the two peoples. President of the Republic of Korea Yoon Suk Yeol sent a congratulatory message to General Secretary and President To Lam. Japanese Emperor Naruhito sent a congratulatory message to General Secretary and President To Lam. Australian Governor-General Samantha Mostyn sent a congratulatory message to General Secretary and President To Lam and sent her warmest congratulations to the Government and people of Vietnam; emphasized that the two countries are close friends and expressed confidence that the Australia - Vietnam Comprehensive Strategic Partnership will continue to develop.
