The above information was given by President Putin in a speech at Russian Energy Week on September 26.
"Russia is fully fulfilling its obligations to supply energy resources to the global market. We play a stabilizing role in this market, participating in prestigious frameworks such as OPEC+ and GECF," the president said.
He also said that Moscow will continue to develop cooperation with partners.
"Domestic companies have shifted their focus to exporting oil, petroleum products and coal. The Asia- Pacific region now accounts for more than 60% of the country's energy exports, while the amount of oil and gas products supplied to friendly countries has reached a share of more than 90%," the Russian leader stressed.
Acknowledging that Russia's gas industry is also undergoing changes, the Russian leader revealed that this includes not only "shifting exports from the West to the East, but also significantly increasing supplies to the domestic market."
