The Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee Office has just sent an official dispatch to agencies and units regarding not accepting gifts and congratulatory flowers for the 1st Ho Chi Minh City Party Congress, term 2025 - 2030.

The document was sent to the City Party Committees, the City Party Committee Inspection Committee; the standing committees of the Party Committees of wards, communes, and Con Dao special zone; the Party Committees directly under the City Party Committee; departments, branches, and sectors; associations and unions; corporations and state-owned companies; and press agencies of Ho Chi Minh City.

Accordingly, implementing the direction of the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee and the Office of the City Party Committee, while practicing thrift and ensuring security, the Office of the City Party Committee respectfully requests agencies, units and individuals not to send gifts and flowers to congratulate the 1st Congress of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee, term 2025 - 2030.

Previously, the Standing Committee of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee announced the expected time to organize the 1st Ho Chi Minh City Party Congress, term 2025 - 2030.

Accordingly, the Standing Committee of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee notifies the Party Committees of communes, wards, special zones and the Party Committees at the grassroots level directly under the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee to directly disseminate to each delegate attending the Ho Chi Minh City Party Congress for the 2025-2030 term, arrange work, and fully attend the content and working program of the congress.

Specifically, on October 11 and 12, delegates will participate in pre-congress activities. This includes a program to visit projects and economic , cultural, social, defense and security models in Ho Chi Minh City (October 12).

On the morning of October 13, delegates attended the Ho Chi Minh City Party Congress for the 2025-2030 term, preparatory session.

All day on October 14 and the morning of October 15, delegates attended the 1st Ho Chi Minh City Party Congress, term 2025 - 2030, the official and closing sessions.

The Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee also issued a peak emulation plan "Determination to accelerate, double productivity" to welcome the 1st Ho Chi Minh City Party Congress and the 14th National Party Congress. The emulation period takes place from the beginning of October to December 31 with 2 phases.

Accordingly, Ho Chi Minh City will effectively carry out the peak emulation campaign "100 days of streamlined - strong - effective, efficient and effective operations", welcoming Party Congresses at all levels, towards the 1st Ho Chi Minh City Party Congress, term 2025 - 2030.
