The project selected investors through bidding in accordance with the law. The project's objective is to invest in the construction of a 27-hole golf course and auxiliary items and works to serve the management, operation and exploitation of the golf course, meeting the criteria of a golf course in accordance with current standards and regulations; serving the needs of sports, recreation and entertainment of people and tourists coming to Hue. Effectively exploiting land funds, forming a golf course contributes to the socio-economic development of the city.
In terms of scale, the project has an expected land area of about 132.74 hectares. The project's architectural construction scale is implemented according to the Construction Zoning Plan (scale 1/2000) of the Resort combined with golf course and ancillary services in Phong Phu ward, Hue city in Decision No. 1425/QD-UBND dated May 19, 2025 of the People's Committee of Hue city. The maximum gross construction density is 5%.

The project has a total estimated investment capital of 629.14 billion VND. Of which, the preliminary cost of project implementation is 615.8 billion VND. The preliminary cost of compensation for site clearance is estimated at 3,336 billion VND.
The project has an operating period of 50 years from the date of decision on land allocation, land lease, and change of land use purpose.
Regarding project progress, regarding capital contribution progress and capital mobilization: After the competent state agency approves the selection of an investor to implement the project, the investor implementing the project must ensure capital to implement the project. In which, the investor's capital contribution must ensure at least 15% of the total investment capital of the project (the actual progress will be proposed by the selected investor). Specifically, the investor's equity capital committed to the project is at least VND 94,371 billion (accounting for at least 15% of the total capital of the investment project). Loan capital from credit institutions and other legally mobilized capital is VND 534,769 billion (accounting for a maximum of 85% of the total investment capital).
The progress of basic construction and putting the project into operation or exploitation shall not exceed 48 months from the date of land allocation or land lease, in which the construction commencement period shall not exceed 12 months from the date of decision on land allocation, land lease, or change of land use purpose.
