In order to ensure smooth, effective and uninterrupted operation, the Ho Chi Minh City Digital Transformation Center is urgently coordinating with the Government Office and related units to complete the connection and integration of 100% of online public services to the National Public Service Portal; fully update the list of administrative procedures; arrange technical infrastructure, user accounts, digital signatures and a hotline to support people operating 24/7.
At the same time, the Ho Chi Minh City Digital Transformation Center also upgraded the document management information systems, email systems, online meetings, LGSP, digital reports and data centers to ensure smooth operations at the provincial and commune levels.
The implementation of the National Public Service Portal as a centralized “one-stop shop” is an important step in the national digital transformation process, helping to streamline procedures, improve service quality for people and businesses, and aim to build a modern, transparent, people-centered administration.
Ho Chi Minh City Digital Transformation Center noted that during the trial period, online public services are performed on the National Public Service Portal.
