Meiko Vietnam representative answers interview

Assessing the current state of technical training, a representative of Meiko Vietnam - an electronics company specializing in manufacturing circuit boards for technological devices, assessed that Vietnamese students today have a good technical foundation, but the gap between theory and practice is still obvious. Especially, with high technologies such as circuit boards, microchips or semiconductor chips, businesses often have to retrain from the basics.

"The cooperation between schools and businesses is extremely important. In addition to a good technology foundation, businesses also require employees to be equipped with soft skills such as teamwork skills, problem-solving skills, open-mindedness and growth mindset, always having to learn, solve problems, etc. These are the core points that Vietnamese students need to learn more," commented a representative of Meiko Vietnam.

VJU Open Campus là lời kêu gọi các bạn trẻ dấn thân vào hành trình tự khám phá bản thân

VJU Open Campus is a call for young people to embark on a journey of self- discovery .

With the philosophy of “Liberal Education”, always creating conditions and encouraging the spirit of “Lifelong Learning” – one of the core values at Vietnam Japan University – is the answer to this requirement. Not only teaching theory, VJU creates conditions for students to engage in practice, learn through “factory tours” (internship activities at enterprises), joint projects, and regularly dialogue with enterprises to update new needs of the labor market.

Not simply a day of experience, VJU Open Campus is an invitation for young people to embark on a journey of self-discovery, choose knowledge to develop, and build the future with their own abilities.
