On the afternoon of August 4, the Standing Committee of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee received a research delegation from the Standing Committee of the Vinh Phuc Provincial Party Committee to exchange practical experiences in leading and directing the work of Party building and the political system, socio-economic development, and ensuring security and national defense of Ho Chi Minh City.
The delegation of Vinh Phuc province includes comrades: Hoang Thi Thuy Lan, member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairwoman of the People's Council, Head of the National Assembly Delegation of Vinh Phuc province; Pham Hoang Anh, Permanent Deputy Secretary of Vinh Phuc province; and comrades in the Standing Committee of the Vinh Phuc Provincial Party Committee.

At the beginning of the working session, Deputy Secretary of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee Nguyen Ho Hai summarized the results and situation of Ho Chi Minh City in all areas from Party building and political system, socio-economic situation, ensuring security and defense of the City in the past time.
Comrade Nguyen Ho Hai emphasized that the working session was an opportunity for the City to receive and exchange opinions on practical leadership and direction in Party building, political system building, socio- economic development, and ensuring security and national defense.
