Donated 7 houses to poor households in Giap Trung and Duong Hong communes

On August 16, in Giap Trung commune, the Youth Union of the Ministry of Industry and Trade and accompanying units organized the volunteer program "Join hands to eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses by 2025".

At the program, the delegation presented 7 new houses and many meaningful gifts, with a total funding of 690 million VND. Of which, 6 households in Giap Trung commune and 1 household in Duong Hong commune were supported to build solid houses, contributing to eliminating temporary houses and seriously degraded houses.

In addition, the program also awarded 41 gifts to students at Ma Hung Primary School, Giap Trung Commune, including TVs for online learning, nutritional products and necessities for boarding meals.

Also within the program, Yen Cuong Commune Kindergarten was supported to repair the boarding kitchen and many equipment and necessities for studying and living with a total cost of over 200 million VND.

The program has practically contributed to the peak campaign of Tuyen Quang province to eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses, creating a strong influence in the community, affirming the spirit of solidarity and determination to complete social security goals ahead of schedule.
