In particular, Gia Lai Provincial Tax is responsible for directing local Tax agencies to coordinate, support and provide a list of local business households to coordinate in implementing the campaign. Coordinate in organizing seminars, conferences, and training sessions to guide tax policies, e-invoice policies, and at the same time introduce BIDV's service packages to all participating business households. Along with that, it is necessary to receive recommendations and feedback from business households related to BIDV's products; difficulties and problems arising when using software solutions, service packages... to transfer to BIDV for consideration and propose specific solutions.

BIDV organizes propaganda and dissemination of new tax policies to all business households at 11 Tax establishments. Provides consulting and guidance on registration, declaration and issuance of electronic invoices. Establishes a channel to receive information, provide technical support, and quickly resolve problems for business households in Gia Lai province during the implementation period and maintains a support department after the implementation period. BIDV sends personnel to support 11 Tax establishments, organizes a sufficient force in terms of quantity and quality, to ensure the best completion of assigned tasks. At the same time, establishes operational teams and data synthesis teams to promptly report all relevant data as required by Gia Lai Provincial Tax.
BIDV Binh Dinh ensures that the customer information security policy is in accordance with the provisions of law on accounting, invoices and documents and the security of taxpayers' personal information. In addition, BIDV Binh Dinh provides the tax authorities with full information on the contact point for receiving requests, the contact point for implementing information on support policies during the implementation period to be posted on the Gia Lai Provincial Tax information pages. Proactively design, build and provide promotional programs, product packages, services, banking and financial solutions (accounts, credit, digital banking, etc.) specifically for the group of business households converting to enterprises, ensuring competitiveness and suitability to the needs of newly established enterprises. Report fully and promptly twice a month on the implementation work, the implementation coordination situation and other reporting data (excluding specific data and figures of HKD) related to tax management to the focal point of Gia Lai Provincial Tax from the start date of implementation until the completion of the above plan...
