Accordingly, the subjects giving comments will be enterprises, organizations, individuals, business households, taxpayers under direct management or taxpayers performing tax administrative procedures with the Tax Department or Tax Branch at the time of assessment.

Taxpayers can choose to evaluate some or all of the criteria in the evaluation form for the Tax Department/Tax Branch with the main contents, including: general evaluation of the tax agency's service to taxpayers; evaluation by functional areas/tasks related to taxpayers. Including contents such as: tax policy and law development; provision of public services by tax agencies; receiving and handling tax administrative procedures; tax inspection and examination work of tax agencies; handling of complaints, denunciations, reflections, recommendations of tax agencies and other opinions.


Taxpayers can use their smartphones to scan the QR-code to be directed to the assessment section or visit the Lao Cai Provincial Tax Department's website to conduct a satisfaction assessment (photo above) .
The survey on taxpayer satisfaction with tax authority services will be conducted until September 30, 2024.
