The Criminal Police Department of the Provincial Police has summoned relevant subjects to work to clarify the act of arbitrarily regulating traffic outside of their duties and responsibilities.

On the morning of November 29, many clips were circulated on Facebook, recording a wedding convoy in Thanh Hoa City, with a group of people dressed as bodyguards blocking traffic in the middle of the road to let the wedding convoy pass.

The incident attracted the attention of the online community, leaving many mixed comments, most of which were indignant at the actions of the group of people dressed as bodyguards, because according to them, this group of people were not traffic police and did not have the expertise to carry out the above actions.

Many commenters even asked, “Whose wedding is this so big?”, with a whole group of “bodyguards” clearing the way. It is known that the above incident happened on Le Loi Avenue (in Thanh Hoa City), one of the most beautiful and largest streets in Thanh Hoa.

Through verification, authorities in Thanh Hoa City determined that the above incident occurred on the afternoon of November 24, and was then shared by a number of accounts on Facebook.
