Take advantage of the break.

As soon as the official Lunar New Year holiday schedule for 2024 was announced by her company, Ms. Nguyen Thi Thu Trang and her husband, residing in Tan Binh ward ( Hai Duong city), began planning their Tet holiday trip. Their chosen destination was Mui Ne (Phan Thiet). Ms. Trang explained that both she and her husband work for foreign companies, and are busy and tired year-round. For the past few years, they've chosen to travel during Tet to relieve stress. One year they went to Sa Pa, another to Phu Quoc, and this year to Phan Thiet. They plan to depart on the afternoon of the first day of Tet and end their holiday on the evening of the fifth day. "Tet is a time to rest and spend time together, so my whole family is very excited," Ms. Trang shared.
For the past five years, every Lunar New Year, the family of Mr. Nguyen Trong Thang from Dinh Tien Hoang Street (Hai Duong City) has packed their bags and gone on a trip. Each year, the couple chooses a different destination, mostly within Vietnam, but this year they opted for a 4-day, 3-night trip to China to explore Hekou, Kunming, Dianchi Lake, and experience some of China's unique cultural sites, costing nearly 8 million VND per person. Mr. Thang said that both he and his wife are involved in business. Having been engrossed in work all year, they don't have time to take their family on trips, so during Tet (Lunar New Year), he takes advantage of the opportunity to travel with the whole family to relax and also to change the atmosphere and boost their spirits for the new year.
These days, Mr. Vu Ba Trung from Tan Truong commune (Cam Giang district) is busy preparing for a 3-day, 2-night trip to Moc Chau with his group of friends during the upcoming Tet holiday. Being a travel enthusiast and still single, Mr. Trung has planned many trips whenever he has the chance. His group consists mostly of young people who love to explore. However, this is the first year his group is traveling during Tet. “Our group plans to go to Moc Chau this Tet by motorbike. This is the longest holiday of the year, so we want to take advantage of it to relax, travel, and recharge for a new year of work. This will be an opportunity to experience the New Year atmosphere in a new place. Moreover, Moc Chau will be very beautiful during Tet because it's the season when plum and peach blossoms bloom, and the journey is relatively quick, so we chose this destination for our trip,” Mr. Trung shared.
A wide variety of Tet holiday tours

In recent years, the trend of traveling during Tet (Lunar New Year) has become a popular choice for many families and young people due to changing mindsets about celebrating the traditional holiday. For many, Tet is not just about family reunions, visiting relatives and neighbors, and busy preparations, but also a time to rest and relax after a year of hard work. Responding to this demand, travel companies are continuously offering attractive tour packages and products suitable for a wide range of customers.
