At the seminar, delegates reviewed the history and traditions of the nation, the Party, and the Vietnam People's Army, enhancing national pride and patriotism in the resistance war against the US to save the country of our people. The developments of the 1975 Spring General Offensive and Uprising, especially the historic Ho Chi Minh Campaign.
Promoting the tradition of “drinking water, remembering the source” with the assigned responsibility, in recent years, Nghe An War Invalids Nursing Center has done a good job of nurturing, caring, treating and nursing seriously wounded and sick soldiers as attentively as their own relatives . The Center is currently nurturing and caring for 55 wounded and sick soldiers with a disability rate of 81% or more.
On this occasion, authorized by the Department Director, the leaders and the Department's working delegation kindly visited and encouraged the wounded and sick soldiers; the leaders of the Department expressed their respect and deep gratitude for the great sacrifices and contributions of the wounded soldiers - those who have devoted their blood and bones to the independence and freedom of the Fatherland. At the same time, they hoped that the wounded soldiers would continue to live healthily, overcome the pain of their injuries, rest assured in their care, uphold the example of courage, the will and bravery of Uncle Ho's soldiers, continue to promote the revolutionary tradition, educate their children to follow their example, and actively contribute to building their homeland to develop more and more.
Speaking at the meeting, comrade Le Van Linh - Deputy Director of the Department hoped that the staff of Nghe An War Invalids Nursing Center would continue to promote their spirit, responsibility, and affection, and be a material and spiritual support for war invalids.
