The Central Committee of the Vietnam Student Association visited and congratulated the Valedictorian of the 2025 High School Graduation Exam in Ninh Binh

On the morning of July 21, a working delegation of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Student Association led by Comrade Lam Tung, Member of the Central Executive Committee of the Youth Union, Deputy Head of the Youth and Children's Affairs Department of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, Vice President of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Student Association visited, encouraged and congratulated Tran Xuan Dam (in Lang Xa village, My Loc ward), a student of class 12A1, My Loc High School, who achieved the title of Valedictorian of the 2025 High School Graduation Exam.

Comrade Tran Ngoc Nam, Provincial Party Committee member, Vice Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Youth Union awarded a Certificate of Merit to Tran Xuan Dam for his excellent achievements in the 2025 High School Graduation Exam, becoming the nation's valedictorian.

Also attending were comrade Tran Ngoc Nam, Provincial Party Committee member, Vice Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, Provincial Youth Union Secretary and leaders of My Loc ward.

In the 2025 High School Graduation Exam, Tran Xuan Dam achieved a total score of 39/40 (including 10 points in Math and Physics; 9.75 points in Chemistry; 9.25 points in Literature). It is known that he will apply to the Faculty of Automation, Hanoi University of Science and Technology.

In a warm atmosphere, Vice President of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Student Association Lam Tung congratulated Tran Xuan Dam on his outstanding achievements in the 2025 High School Graduation Exam, and acknowledged and praised his continuous efforts in studying, especially his spirit of overcoming difficulties despite his family's difficult and arduous conditions. He also praised the important role of the family and the school in accompanying and creating conditions for him to develop comprehensively.

Comrade Lam Tung, member of the Central Executive Committee of the Youth Union, Deputy Head of the Youth and Children's Affairs Department of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, Vice President of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Student Association, presented 20 million VND from the Vietnam Student Support and Development Fund to Tran Xuan Dam.

Affirming that Tran Xuan Dam's achievements are the pride of his family and school and add to the tradition of studiousness of his hometown, he hopes that the new valedictorian will prepare well to enter the new learning environment, continue to strive to become a useful person for society, and contribute to the development of his hometown.

The example of Tran Xuan Dam overcoming difficulties and studying hard will be an inspirational story for the younger generation, union members, and teenagers to strive to improve, practice, and cultivate themselves in their studies.
