Inspectorate Cadre School organizes conference for civil servants and employees in 2023

The report at the conference showed that in 2023, the collective of civil servants and employees of the Inspectorate Cadre School was always united, unanimous, and made efforts to overcome difficulties and complete the tasks assigned by the Government Inspectorate . The school achieved commendable results in many aspects of work. The collective of the school closely followed the work plan of the Government Inspectorate and successfully completed the assigned tasks.

Thanks to the close attention and direction of the Government Inspectorate leaders, the direction and management of the Party Committee, the Board of Directors, and the coordination of mass organizations, many individuals have overcome difficulties and completed their tasks well. The results of all aspects of the school's work have had positive changes, the sense of responsibility of each officer and employee has been enhanced. The planning targets assigned by the Government Inspector General have all been completed and exceeded.

As of December 30, 2023, the Inspectorate Cadre School organized 79 classes for 8,945 students, exceeding the training and development plan for 2023, including 40 training and development classes according to the rank standards for 3,507 students. For classes organized according to the needs of improving knowledge, skills, and expertise in inspection, citizen reception, handling complaints and denunciations, and preventing and combating corruption of ministries, branches, and localities, the school organized 39 classes for 5,438 students.

Along with that, the quality of training and education continues to be improved. Scientific research has many new points, the quality of topics has been improved, research results have been applied to teaching and school activities, initially bringing certain results...

Notably, the School of Inspectorate Cadres always focuses on implementing democracy in the management and operation of the school; in the management, use, training, fostering, and implementation of regimes and policies for civil servants.

Regarding the key tasks in 2024, at the conference, Mr. Vu Van Chien, Principal of the Inspectorate Cadre School, said that the school will focus on promoting the achieved results, overcoming the shortcomings pointed out in 2023 and actively innovating activities in all fields in 2024. In particular, continuing to propagate, thoroughly grasp and implement the Law on Grassroots Democracy Implementation in 2022, in conjunction with the implementation of the Resolutions of Party Congresses at all levels, directives and resolutions on Party building and rectification, building the political system, mass mobilization work, campaigns and patriotic emulation movements among all officials and employees. Perfecting and establishing a Steering Committee for implementing the Grassroots Democracy Regulations of the Inspectorate Cadre School. Doing a good job of preventing corruption, negativity and waste according to the Law on Prevention and Combat of Corruption.

Strengthen the inspection and supervision work of the Party Executive Committee, the Party Committee Inspection Committee of the School and the inspection work of the school, especially the inspection and supervision of the implementation of the Grassroots Democracy Regulations.

In addition, continue to strengthen political and ideological education, create consensus and unity in perception and action, in order to successfully complete assigned tasks. Focus on organizing and implementing the training and development plan for 2024 approved by the Government Inspector General. Implement measures to improve the quality of training and development: Innovate teaching methods; diversify training programs and forms; improve the quality of the teaching staff.
