In the past 3 years (2021-2023), the Party Committee of Luong Van Tuy High School for the Gifted has admitted 154 excellent students to the Party, exceeding the assigned plan target. Doing a good job of admitting students to the Party has contributed to nurturing "green shoots" for the Party, building a team of young Party members to supplement the country's intellectual team.

Teacher Hoang Hai Nam, Party Secretary and Principal of Luong Van Tuy High School for the Gifted, said: In the 2020-2025 term, the Party Committee of Luong Van Tuy High School for the Gifted set a goal of admitting 30-50 student Party members each year. To achieve this goal, the school's Party Committee has especially improved the quality of education in conjunction with discovering and nurturing outstanding students, helping them to soon join the Party ranks, contributing to creating a source of youthful vitality for the Party. Every year, the school's Party Committee assigns Party admission targets to Party cells and assigns the task to the Youth Union organization to discover and introduce outstanding members to the Party for consideration and admission.

Ms. Mai Thi Phuong, Deputy Secretary of the Youth Union of Luong Van Tuy High School for the Gifted, said: Under the leadership of the Party Committee and the School Board of Directors, the Youth Union has regularly innovated its methods of operation, coordinated with professional groups to organize many extracurricular activities and club activities associated with the theme ofeducating traditions and revolutionary ideals for young union members. The clubs operate actively and effectively, in which the school's art club is the core in art performances at many major events of the industry and the province such as: Ceremony to commend and reward excellent students; National Youth Melody Contest; International Camp in Asan (Korea)... In addition, the fields of scientific research, sports, and physical education of the school's students have also achieved many outstanding results. Through the activities of the Youth Union, the vanguard, volunteer and creative role of the youth has been promoted; at the same time, helping students identify the right motivation to practice and strive to become party members.

In the past 3 years, based on the recommendation of the Youth Union, the school's Party Committee has sent nearly 300 excellent students to attend the Party awareness training class and 154 students have had the honor of joining the Party. In 2023 alone, the school's Party Committee admitted 61 student Party members, the highest number ever. "After being admitted to the Party, students were admitted to key academies and universities across the country, assigned to hold key positions such as Secretary of the Youth Union, class cadres... and always completed all assigned tasks well. That maturity is the motivation for students of the following courses to follow their example and continue to strive to soon join the Party's ranks" - Teacher Hoang Hai Nam, Party Committee Secretary and Principal of the school emphasized.

However, according to the Party Secretary and Principal of the school: In reality, it is not easy for students to join the Party while still in school. Although the work of educating students about revolutionary ideals and awareness of the Party is carried out regularly, because they are still too young, the results are not as expected. Many students only focus on studying, rarely participate in activities and movements of the Youth Union and Association, and have not determined the motivation to strive to become Party members. Meanwhile, the Party Charter stipulates that at the time the Party cell considers admission, those who are admitted to the Party must be 18 years old, so many students with outstanding academic achievements, good will to strive, actively participate in activities and movements, but when they graduate, they are not yet 18 years old, so they are not considered for admission to the Party at the school (the school must introduce them to their locality for further monitoring). In addition, some students intend to study abroad, so they are not actively striving to join the Party...

Sharing about solutions to improve the quality of education and successfully complete the target of recruiting party members for the 2020-2025 term, teacher Hoang Hai Nam said: In the coming time, the Party Committee of Luong Van Tuy High School for the Gifted will focus on building grassroots party organizations and improving the quality of party members; focusing on political ideology, ethics, and lifestyle education for teachers and students. Strengthening education on traditions and cultural beauty of Ninh Binh homeland, educating school traditions in students.

In addition, continue to coordinate with the Ninh Binh City Political Training Center to create favorable conditions for organizing Party awareness training classes for students who are admitted to the Party in appropriate forms and times, ensuring seriousness and effectiveness. Strictly implement the work of admitting Party members to ensure compliance with standards, conditions and procedures. At the same time, seriously introduce to Party organizations to continue monitoring and helping students who have attended Party awareness classes but have not yet been admitted to the Party at school after graduation.

In 2024, the Party Committee of Luong Van Tuy High School for the Gifted strives to admit 70 excellent students into the Party. Respecting and doing a good job of admitting students to the Party not only nurtures "green shoots" for the Party, arouses the desire to contribute of the youth, but is also one of the important factors for Luong Van Tuy High School for the Gifted to better perform the functions and tasks of the school, building a model of high school education in the province.
