For many years, whenever the High School Graduation Exam is approaching, Huynh Van Sam High School has carried out a meaningful activity, which is cooking rice to serve grade 12 students during the exam preparation period. This is not only a practical action, but also a deep encouragement, sharing, and companionship from teachers and the whole community for students before this important turning point in their lives.

The school is always aware that “Small but timely motivations can create big changes”.
Therefore, cooking for students is not simply providing meals, but also a way to inspire their spirit of effort and foster their will to overcome difficulties.
In this model, teachers are dedicated chefs, 10th and 11th graders become enthusiastic kitchen assistants, and alumni and donors are the ones who silently contribute valuable funds. All of them come together to form a unified, warm, close-knit and humane block.
