Live TV - Branded Products

- At the end of 2019, Tuyen Quang Newspaper carried out the scientific topic "Research and propose solutions to improve the quality of information and propaganda work on Tuyen Quang Newspaper", and live television was one of the three products of the topic.

When making the proposal, there were many concerns. Firstly, for an official press agency, the product must be done professionally. It is impossible to use a phone to live stream like a Facebook player. And for an editorial office like Tuyen Quang Newspaper, where can we get specialized equipment? After reaching a high consensus, the Editorial Board decided to report to the province to invest in a livestream equipment set worth 500 million VND.

The newspaper has established a team with experienced people, inviting experts from the Academy of Journalism and Propaganda, VTV, VOV, to participate in training on how to make live TV programs.

If to produce a live TV program, the crew of the TV station needs to have a massive equipment system with dozens of people participating in preparation for several days. But for Tuyen Quang Newspaper, the luggage for a live program is much simpler. Taking advantage of cameras, mixers and other available equipment, the crew of about 6 people used the trunk of a 5-seat Mitsubishi car as a "color car".

With great determination, the Newspaper has organized live TV programs from simple to complex, assigned by the Provincial Party Committee to broadcast live the 17th Provincial Party Congress and important political and cultural events every year. The Newspaper's live TV programs are all broadcast on electronic newspapers and social platforms such as Facebook and YouTube.

From 2020 to now, Tuyen Quang Newspaper has conducted more than 250 live broadcasts. There were months when the Newspaper conducted 12 broadcasts, which could be equal to the number of Radio and Television Stations that conduct in a year.

Not only implementing programs in the province, the Newspaper also cooperates with the Vietnam Journalists Association to organize and direct important conferences; supports other newspapers in the region to direct events taking place in the province. From that success, the Newspaper was entrusted by the Vietnam Journalists Association to broadcast live the International Journalism Conference held in Hanoi. This is a milestone affirming the efforts of the Newspaper, a source of pride because for the first time a local Party newspaper office has been able to conduct an international event.
