Currently, Hai Tan bus station and Le Thanh Nghi street, from Hai Tan intersection to Phu Tao bridge, have stopped flooding. The Department of Transport has allowed Hai Tan bus station to resume operations from 12:00 on September 18. For bus routes, fixed routes that have changed their routes will temporarily resume operations on the old routes and schedules.

The Department of Transport assigned the traffic inspectorate to coordinate with the Department of Transport Management, Vehicles and Drivers, and Hai Duong Passenger Station Management Joint Stock Company to inspect, guide and urge transport units to comply with regulations in transport activities by car.
