At 8:00 p.m. on April 25, the State-level preliminary rehearsal for the parade and march to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of the South and National Reunification (April 30, 1975 - April 30, 2025) took place on Le Duan Street and some neighboring streets in Ho Chi Minh City.

Since noon, many people have been present in the area to reserve good seats to watch the rehearsal, despite the weather reaching 50 degrees Celsius.

Many Vietnamese artists joined the crowd and the bustling, joyful atmosphere. Singer Tuan Hung, MONO, and actor Phat La were present in the afternoon in simple clothes.

The artists were excited and smiling. Both were also friendly and took pictures when the audience recognized them.

Actress Ngoc Lan also brought her son to the parade rehearsal area early. The mother and son took souvenir photos with the soldiers, and little Louis even got to ride the famous war horse Ut Ngao on social media.

Van Trang's family stands out with their matching military style outfits.

Actress Van Trang and her husband and children wore military-inspired costumes at Bach Dang Wharf (District 1, Ho Chi Minh City). Because they were so excited, the family woke up at 5:30 a.m. to take care of personal matters and prepare to watch the parade rehearsal.

Coming up, a special art program with the theme "Brightening Vietnam" gathering more than 1,000 artists and actors such as People's Artist Ta Minh Tam, People's Artist Quoc Hung, Meritorious Artist Pham Khanh Ngoc, singers Vo Ha Tram, Dong Hung, Phuong My Chi, rapper Double 2T... will take place on the evening of April 30 on Le Duan Street.
