Accordingly, each union unit at commune, ward, special zone and affiliated level strives to implement at least one project or task related to the actual needs of the locality.
The focus is on building national flag lines and flower gardens at the headquarters of agencies and units; organizing cultural, artistic and sports activities; establishing or maintaining ethnic cultural clubs such as brocade weaving, gongs, etc. Thereby contributing to building a rich cultural life at the grassroots level, while encouraging union members and youth to participate in social security activities, environmental protection, building new rural areas and civilized urban areas.
The "Digital Literacy Popularization" movement was launched with the meaning of inheriting the spirit of "eradicating illiteracy" launched by President Ho Chi Minh in 1945. If before it was "eradicating illiteracy", now it is "eradicating digital illiteracy", popularizing digital knowledge and skills for the people, especially people in remote, isolated and ethnic minority areas.
The movement aims that by 2025, the majority of union members, youth, students and young workers will be equipped with basic digital knowledge and skills, gradually achieving the standard of universalizing digital knowledge on the VNeID platform. By 2026, strive for all union members, youth and students at all levels to be able to access and proficiently use digital technology, meeting the requirements of study, work and life. This is an important step to form a class of proactive and confident digital citizens in the new era.
At the program, representatives of union members and youths across the province spoke in response, affirming their determination to take the lead in projects and tasks to welcome the Congress and the "Digital Literacy for All" movement. Lam Dong youth committed to actively studying and practicing digital skills, accompanying and supporting people in using online public services and electronic payment applications, contributing to promoting comprehensive digital transformation.
With faith and determination, the emulation movement to carry out projects and tasks to welcome the Congress and "Digital Popular Education" promises to create many practical values, contributing to building Lam Dong homeland to become increasingly rich, civilized and modern.
