Accordingly, the 4 breakthrough tasks include: implementing 5 "Light - Green" projects; establishing the model "Nga Bay Youth are proud and confident in following the Party"; achieving at least 1 content in the "Civilized Urban Ward" criteria in 1 key area in the ward; establishing a team of "Youth volunteers participating in supporting traffic incidents". For 14 key targets in the work of the Youth Union and youth movements, typically: striving to implement 5 youth projects and tasks associated with building a green - clean - beautiful - smart urban area; at least 4,000 youth union members and youths participating in volunteer activities organized by the union - association; supporting 1,500 children and people in difficult circumstances... Through the movements, strive to introduce at least 60 outstanding union members to the Party Committee for consideration and admission to the Party.

The Nga Bay Ward Youth Union was established on the basis of merging the Ward Youth Unions: Nga Bay, Lai Hieu, Hiep Thanh. From 2022 to now, the Youth Union bases have carried out 36 projects, youth works and many activities for social security. Typical examples include coordinating medical examination and free medicine distribution for more than 2,000 patients in difficult circumstances; mobilizing to award 350 scholarships, 55 bicycles, 6,000 notebooks to students who have overcome difficulties to study well, with a total value of more than 450 million VND.
